Hirafu

Ki Niseko

For a ski-focused stay with room options that can make a longer trip easier.

Base: Hirafu
Slope access: Ski-in/ski-out at Grand Hirafu, with snow access from the ski valet.
Rooms: The 46 m² one-bedroom condo has a kitchen and washer/dryer. Hotel-room facilities differ.
Baths & facilities: Hotel onsen; private baths are for guests and subject to check-in reservations and availability.
Winter transport: The current shuttle page describes summer service. Confirm winter pickup with the hotel.

Niseko Village

Hilton Niseko Village

For keeping your hotel and ski day together, with a hot spring to return to.

Base: Niseko Village
Slope access: A ski-in/ski-out hotel at the Niseko Village base.
Rooms: Check bed arrangements, party size and meal plans for the exact room.
Baths & facilities: Hotel hot spring; check access conditions with your booking and the operator.
Winter transport: Confirm winter airport bus and hotel transfers. Plan a return ride for evenings in Hirafu.

Niseko Village is a different base from Hirafu. Check actual dinner distances.

Hanazono

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

For a stay that gives hotel time as much attention as time on snow.

Base: Hanazono
Slope access: Ski-in/ski-out on the HANAZONO side.
Rooms: Hotel rooms and residences are different options. Verify facilities and occupancy.
Baths & facilities: Onsen, spa and indoor pool; consult official access and reservation conditions.
Winter transport: Confirm winter transfers directly. The summer Kutchan shuttle schedule is not winter confirmation.

This is a Hanazono base. Dinner outings in Hirafu need a return transport plan.

Annupuri

Niseko Northern Resort An’nupuri

Ski Annupuri, then return to the hotel’s bath. A base for keeping the ski day and the evening close together.

Base: Annupuri
Slope access: Ski-in / ski-out access to Annupuri, subject to snow and operations.
Rooms: Twin, double, connecting and suite categories. Compare size, occupancy and view for the specific room.
Baths & facilities: Hotel hot spring, outdoor bath and sauna. The official notice excludes day visitors.
Winter transport: Select an Annupuri arrival stop. The hotel quotes roughly 10 minutes by taxi from Niseko Station; allow extra time in snow.

Choose your meal plan and check restaurant arrangements. Exterior and roof works are scheduled through 31 October 2026; confirm any extension before booking.
