Shintoku station to Sahoro Resort Hotel takes about 15 minutes. The free shuttle is exclusively for this hotel’s guests; reserve by 17:00 the previous day. Its planned period is 2026-12-01–2027-04-01, with hotel departures only on the last day. General winter bookings are planned for mid-November, with advance arrangements offered through official room booking.
Shintoku station to Club Med takes about 20 minutes. The transfer is charged and generally requires at least 14 days’ notice. The other hotel’s free shuttle does not deliver Club Med guests; confirm the booking office and property name.
Sahoro Resort Hotel airport transfers are planned inbound 2026-12-05–2027-03-30 and outbound 2026-12-06–2027-03-31. Bookings are planned from November 15, at least 10 days ahead, for hotel guests only. New Chitose journeys take about 2h55 inbound and 2h40 outbound. The Obihiro service connects with specified flights; do not assume every arrival has a transfer.
Club Med airport transfers generally require booking at least 14 days ahead. New Chitose travel is listed around 2h40 shared or 2h10 private, with possible airport waiting of up to 120 minutes. Air packages and independently booked flights have different supplement arrangements. Follow your booking confirmation for meeting and connection instructions.
Allow time for winter roads, luggage and changing: arriving at reception is not the same as starting to ski. The old 2025–26 tourist-association shuttle is not treated as this winter’s service. Reserve the journey home too, and confirm each hotel’s slope connection and rental counter.
