The operator lists 21 courses: eight beginner, three intermediate and ten advanced. The longest is the 3,000m intermediate North Avenue, rather than a sum of all course lengths. Use the operator’s daily report for open lifts and runs.
North Road is a 900m beginner run with a maximum 16° pitch; Central Road is 1,330m with a maximum 12°. South Street is also rated beginner, but includes sections up to 24°. Ask your instructor to match both the run and the route home to your ability.
Northern N1–N5 are advanced courses. N1 Downhill is 1,655m with a maximum 33° pitch. Check opening and grooming that day; do not treat terrain beyond the managed boundary as an extension of a listed run.

Shintoku station to Sahoro Resort Hotel takes about 15 minutes. The free shuttle is exclusively for this hotel’s guests; reserve by 17:00 the previous day. Its planned period is 2026-12-01–2027-04-01, with hotel departures only on the last day. General winter bookings are planned for mid-November, with advance arrangements offered through official room booking.

Shintoku station to Club Med takes about 20 minutes. The transfer is charged and generally requires at least 14 days’ notice. The other hotel’s free shuttle does not deliver Club Med guests; confirm the booking office and property name.

Tokachi Sahoro Snow School plans to open winter bookings in mid-November. Its general children’s ski classes start at the final kindergarten year, snowboard classes at primary-school age; English private instruction has separate conditions. Club Med group lessons are a different service: confirm ski age 4+, snowboard age 8+, lesson arrangements and equipment supplements in your package.
Day visitors collect rentals on the gondola station’s first floor. The north-wing hotel counter serves that hotel’s guests only and requires advance booking. Online reservations are announced for November and close two days ahead; contact the desk by phone or in person for the previous day or same day. Confirm sizes and opening hours.
