01 / TRAVEL NOTES
Long runs and the northern slopes.
North Avenue is a 3,000m intermediate run. Families learning to ski can plan around the lower Road courses and their school meeting point. Northern N1–N5 runs are classified advanced; make sure the group can manage the terrain before choosing a shared route.
Sahoro Resort Hotel offers separate room and meal plans; Club Med bundles dining and group lessons. Compare equipment, transfers and the first day’s lift pass alongside room costs, since the inclusions differ.

Slope access
Confirm the winter route or shuttle from the hotel to the slopes. The station shuttle is not a guaranteed transfer to the ski entrance.
Rooms
North-wing Deluxe Twins are 30㎡; south-wing Standard Twins are 26㎡. The room photograph is labelled Deluxe Twin in the official gallery, which does not identify its wing. Match the wing and room type on the official booking screen.
Baths & facilities
Spa Refre admission is included for overnight guests. Morning sauna access is listed for resident guests on weekends and holidays.
Winter transport
About 15 minutes from Shintoku station on the hotel’s guest-only free shuttle; reserve by 17:00 the previous day. Airport services are charged separately and require 10 days’ notice.
Check meals, passes, room type and cancellation terms for the selected plan. Hotel package dates do not establish ski-area operating dates.

Slope access
The official property lists ski-in/ski-out access. Confirm the lesson meeting point and the route that is actually open that day.
Rooms
Official Superior and Deluxe rooms are shown. Room types occupy different buildings; check the layout when booking several rooms.
Baths & facilities
Baths and the pool follow property stay conditions. Natural hot-spring water has not been verified; spa treatments cost extra.
Winter transport
About 20 minutes from Shintoku station. Airport and station transfers generally require booking at least 14 days ahead; station transfers and separately booked flights incur supplements.
Stay-only lift passes normally start the day after arrival. Air packages arriving before 14:00 have conditional arrival-day access. Check equipment, Petit Club for ages 2–3 and premium dining extras.
A hotel bath followed by Shintoku soba or a Japanese dinner keeps the evening close to your room. Check the meal venue and bathing conditions of the property you book. Club Med dining and baths follow that property’s stay arrangements.

01 / ONSEN

02 / FOOD
Yukizasa
Shintoku soba and Japanese meals at Sahoro Resort Hotel. Check the dining calendar and whether your meal plan includes this restaurant before arranging an evening here.
Allow time for winter roads, luggage and changing: arriving at reception is not the same as starting to ski. The old 2025–26 tourist-association shuttle is not treated as this winter’s service. Reserve the journey home too, and confirm each hotel’s slope connection and rental counter.
