01 / TRAVEL NOTES

Choose a glass for your winter evening

A small wine house on Hotalu Street that mainly sells natural wines from Hokkaido. You can sample a small amount from your server, pair it with Farm Hoshino cheese, or take your favorite wine back to your room in a carafe. It's a place where you can enjoy a short detour rather than a long night of dining at a restaurant.

02 / TRAVEL NOTES

Plan wine tasting separately from dinner

Reservations are not officially accepted, and children's menus and baby food are not available. If you're on a family trip, you can stop by after dinner or take it back to your room for the night. Don't make a reservation for a seat inside the store; instead, decide based on the crowd and opening hours on the day.

04 / TRAVEL NOTES

Arrange the journey home before drinking

On days when you drink wine, remove any skiing or driving from your schedule. If you check the walking path and on-site bus route back to the hotel first, you'll have more time to choose your glass. Choose how you want to spend your evening drinking quietly in your room at RISONARE, or walking back to The Tower.
