Getting to Tomamu | airport, JR and three hotel drop-offs

Resort Liner runs New Chitose→Tomamu from 2026-12-01 to 2027-03-30; the reverse direction from 2026-12-02 to 2027-03-31. Select your product’s eligible stop, such as The Tower, RISONARE or Resort Center. RISONARE is served only during hotel operation. Unbooked stops are skipped. Booking cutoff, individual journey times and last departures remain unconfirmed.

Official minimum connections are 45 min domestic/90 min international from flight to bus, and 60 min domestic/120 min international from bus to flight. Meet 15 min before departure at the airport, 10 min elsewhere. These do not guarantee delayed connections; allow time for bags and airport formalities. Ski/board equipment must be cased, with one other checked item. Ski boots cannot be worn onboard.

From New Chitose Airport, change at Minami-Chitose for a limited express to Tomamu, then use the hotel transfer. Station→The Tower is about 5 min, station→RISONARE about 10 min, to the hotel rather than the slopes. If no bus is waiting, use the dedicated phone on platform 2. Trains are all-reserved-seat and the station has no ticket office. Arrange outbound and return tickets in advance; The Tower’s ticket machine does not accept cash.

New Chitose→Club Med takes about 120 min on the dedicated transfer. Eligible flight packages include it; stay-only bookings pay extra. Apply at least 14 days before departure. Transfers are assigned no earlier than 60 min after scheduled flight arrival and do not fit every flight. The guest station transfer takes about 5 min for specified New Chitose/Sapporo-direction express trains, not trains arriving from Obihiro. Register trains at least 5 days before departure as recommended. The final eligible return train requires a separate transfer booking; confirm its current time with the property.

Airport buses, station transfers and resort-area buses are separate services. After arrival, store bags, change and reach the booked rental desk and lesson. Transfers to Mina-Mina Beach are advertised from The Tower/RISONARE; do not apply the same pass and travel rules to Club Med. Confirm stops and that day’s service with the hotel and official area map.

Airport-bus service ends before the resort’s planned ski end on 2027-04-05, so April trips need another route. Club Med lists facility access until 15:00 on checkout day for stay-only guests. For a later train, check the transfer reservation and bag collection. Do not infer the season’s last bus; work backwards from confirmed rail and flight bookings.
