01 / TRAVEL NOTES

Wake up beside Naeba

Naeba Prince Hotel sits beside the slopes for a stay with less morning travel and more time skiing Naeba. It is not beside Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Choose your building and room, then plan dinner and bathing around an evening at the resort.

Choose the building and beds for your group

The building number identifies your hotel wing. Match it to the room name, occupancy and actual beds for everyone travelling. Selected rooms in Building 2 have hammocks; Building 4 is advertised for refurbishment in December 2026. Play features and views in a photograph are not included in every room. Check your wing’s reception and route to the slopes.

The official FAQ describes child rates for ages six to under twelve, and charges for under-sixes who need a bed. Check children’s numbers, bedding and meals against the offer, including room-only terms. Age alone does not establish that bed-sharing is free.

Cots are unavailable in some room types and cannot be used by children who can pull themselves up to stand. They are different from fall-prevention bed guards: guards are for ages 18–60 months who can climb on and off the bed without a guardian’s help. Both are limited in number; telephone hotel reservations if needed.

03 / TRAVEL NOTES

Reserve bus seats separately from your room

The winter overnight-guest bus links Echigo-Yuzawa Station’s east exit and the hotel. It is planned for 12 December 2026–4 April 2027, taking about 40 minutes. Reserve both directions separately from one month to two days before travel, using the lead guest’s name and a phone number reachable that day. Booking a room does not reserve a seat. Allow for full buses, weather and traffic delays, and confirm where to get off for your building. These are transfer dates, not ski-operation dates.

Public local and express buses are separate; this winter’s public services and last departures remain unverified here. Dragondola towards Kagura’s Tashiro area is a mountain connection, not a road transfer. Check daily operation, eligible lift passes and the route back. GALA Yuzawa requires another journey.

04 / TRAVEL NOTES

Plan dinner and bathing as part of the stay

Hotel restaurants operate by outlet and season. Check the dinner venue in your offer, children’s meals, table reservations and your arrival time together. A stay does not automatically include every restaurant or meal.

The official page lists Naeba no Yu beside Building 4 reception for 11 December 2026–3 April 2027. Children wearing nappies cannot use it, and admission before check-in or after checkout is not allowed. This communal hot spring is separate from your room bathroom; confirm hours and your offer when booking. Hiuchi no Yu’s detailed page covers autumn, 14 September–8 November 2026; its winter operation remains unverified.

Check live availability, rates and cancellation terms through the official booking site. Actual room availability and a completed booking were not verified here.
